The .15 ohm works like a champ. Does everything I expect it to do.
The .36 ohm does not wick nearly fast enough. Might be ok for you if you only take a hit every 5 minutes or so. Also the last one I used got a super nasty burnt flavor after only 2 days of use.
I haven't tried the other coils.
I like the tank. But these coils are a hit or miss. They come in a pack of 3 (and usually 1 out of 3 is defective). Some last a long time, some get a burnt taste in a few days, some won't fire right out of pack, some don't want to thread and they ALL taste funny on the first 3ml's through it. This review is for the plexus single big round coil. I'm just starting out on the triple coils. 1st one worked fine, is lasting for a while but still tastes funny.
This is for the Triple Plexus coil Only because the others Sucked in my opinion! I had actually retired my Scion 2 tank & just continued using the Awesome Proton mod(my favorite). I've owned it since it very first became available so ive put it thru sum great use! The Triple coils came out recently & once I found em for sale here I jumped on the opportunity Hoping it may be good enuff to revive the Scion tank, so far it's been pretty good! Nothing as Amazing as my Mesh Pro double & triple mesh coils or my long time favorite the Falcon. But they're better than most anything else I've used which is Alot!
I love the Scion II tank. But, even though the mesh coil has great flavor and clouds, initially, my first experience is that it didn't last past two days before the flavor diminishes, and tasted burnt. I was under the impression that mesh coils were supposed to last longer. I'm now hesitant to buy more.
I'm fairly new to vaping, July 2017, and I've bought a few mods and tanks. The Innokin Scion has been my favorite so far, and these coils are almost flawless. I think in the last 4 or 5 packs of .5ohm coils I've bought only 1 of the 12-15 coils has been doa. No big deal, small percentage.
No problems on my end, except for one thing and I can't find any documentation on these coils anywhere on the internet.
My problem is with the .28ohm coils. The first day or two they work great, then they leak like a sieve. I'm not sure if it's the liquid I'm using (vg/pg ratio) or if it's just how infrequently throughout the day I vape (maybe about 10 puffs every 2 hours or so).
The wattage I vape at is below the recommended limits on the .28ohm coil, but that shouldn't be a problem, right? The .28ohm are recommended at 100-200W and I vape at about 85W.
Long story short, I recommend the .5ohm coil over the .28ohm coil.
I have the .28 ohm coil and cant ask for better flavor and clouds are top notch i totally suggest buying
