  1. 40a ? review by Jueriko on 10/18/2018

I can agree with Mathias he forgot to mention a nother meaning in all that crazy math On all batteries today we have a max amp discharge rated like this 40a on this battery means its max discharge amp rate was tested safe all the way to 40 amps discharge rate meaning dont discharge these cells at 40amps or higher no matter how many you use in sink together.
These are one of my favorite mod batteries strong and last for hours in sub-ohms or not and last for years if cared for and used correctly.

  2. Awesome 3100mAh batteries for the price review by Matthias on 10/7/2018

Discharge of any battery has a set output pulse current rate to last a amount of time with most 18650 single cells are 20a constant pulse rate discharge @ 3.7v to 4.0v these brillipowered batteries were manufactured Intended to sell as a set and were tested together meaning these 2 cells together in their pack are rated together @40a each cell are @20a .
These cells put out are AC Alternating Current not to be confused with DC Direct Current im not a rocket scientist just an electronics engineer ,So I thought I would explain this in an easy way to be understood.
3100mah means 3100 milli Ampere hours which is tested and rated at the manufacture or distributor by discharging the cell or cells through a circuit that requires a consistent pulse current of 1 milli ampere discharge usely 1 milli ampere will last 800 hours before the battery runs down .
So this battery states the manufacture or its distributor has tested these batterys at 3100mAh at a consistent pulse current of 1 milli ampere of constistent pulse corrent discharge =800x3100= 2,480,000 hours at constent pulse current of 1 milli ampere of current discharge .
The set meaning 2 batteries in a pack are 3100mAh at 40a 3.7v so each battery is 20a 3.7v and was test at 3100mAh . The Brilliepower 3100mAh at 100mAh more is equivalent to the Sony VTC6 18650 3000mAh 20a which are twins in every way brilliepower just pumps in a little more manganese dioxide, MnO 2,into there cells to get the 3100mAh.

  3. Best longest lasting 18650 batteries out there review by Team vape on 10/7/2018

Just like Riverz said we have been using these brilliepower batteries for a long time now and have tried all the other brands out there on the market and as of 2018 these are awesome 18650 high output high drain chargeable batteries out there for this price , one set last me a hole day of chain vaping which is amazingly impressive at the high watts I use , a few set of these have also been stress tested these are in fact 3100mah @ 3.7v 40a output even after a few hard drains and recharges , there are smaller IMR,ICR,NCR batteries out there with higher Specs but then these are IMR Li-manganese 18650 batteries .
I just would not suggest using these on mechanical or none regulated mods do to the safety disks inside that is a type of internal cell fuse that imr 18650 cells have for vaping safty , Non regulated or Mechanical mods do not give high output high drain Sealed imr 18650 cells enough time for for these internal fuses to do there job and vent in case of a short , none safety circuit mechanical none regulated mods works off directly shortinging the battery to the atomizer coils also using the cells for direct heat transfer does not have a internal safty circuit to prevent blow out over heating , so with any high out put high drain IMR cells please vape safe use a regulated mod if the cell wrapping wears out please have them rewrapped .

  6. Absolutely exceeded expectations!! review by Russ5tide on 2/1/2018

I’ve gotta say, I was def hesitant to give these batteries a try as they say to stick with thit big names. When I bought these I also got 2 Samsung 25R’s and 2 LG HE4’s. I usually swap these 3 sets out in order when new batteries are needed and these Brilipowers have more than exceeded expectations if not outlived both the Samsung’s and the LG’s. I would need a few more sets of the brilipowers to know that they are consistent but if that holds true than I put them right up there with the faithful 25r’s.

I typically vape at about 57-70Watts and my Smok alien shows that it’s putting out around 13-15 amps roughly all on a .4 OHM SS316L coil. So I would assume that these batteries may Work just fine at these lower settings but for some of you guys who vape at really high Amps, you could see completely different results. I appreciate what the battery testers do and the info they give us but at the same time. Real world testing matters more

  9. Almost Exactly one year of service review by Doug on 6/29/2017
    Overall Rating

These have been good batteries. Despite what other gentlemen say, I like them. At first, a day and a half charged life, now need changed twice a day, time for new batteries. Will keep them for back- up, better than no vape at all. Four batteries, various older mods, and about a year of service, I don't think that's too bad. I still have every mod I've ever purchased, except for one, they all still work.

  10. No such thing review by Tom on 5/4/2017

Please be aware that no such battery exists today with a continuous discharge rating of 40A, and if it did it would most definitely not be 3100 milliamperes/hour. My guess is that this is a 40A max PULSE (burst) rated battery, and with the labeled 3,100 milliamperes/hour , it is likely a 20A or less continuous discharge rated battery. Pulse rating is IRRELEVANT. Continuous discharge rating is the number you, as a vaper, should be concerned with. I am writing this for the safety of others. I am an electrical technician and have been vaping since 2011, and I want to get rid of the "that's going to explode" comments I hear from people so often. Batteries venting/exploding is a serious issue, so stay informed and do your research. Companies are now just printing the pulse rating on batteries in order for the unaware vaper to but their batteries, it's become a huge market for them and they know that printing this number will boost their sales. So Know Ohm's law. It's really simple! Be safe. Knowledge is power.

Use in my wismec reuleaux 75x, last longer than ohm life and Sony batteries. Only issue I have is that the wrap doesn't lie completely flat on the end and requires extra caution when removing from my device.

I know all the sources say stick with the big name Samsung or LG's but I gotta say these have been above and beyond excellent batteries for me in my vaporesso tarot pro and my mech mod. Great value! I'll buy more for sure.

  13. Something's off review by HawkDriver on 12/6/2016
    Overall Rating

I've had these batteries for about a year and they work fine, but I've done some checking and there's no way these batteries are both 3100mAh AND have the advertised CDR (Continuous Discharge Rate) of 40A. All the other batteries on the market decrease in capacity as CDR goes up. They do seem to last a long time, so I'm guessing the 40A CDR is greatly over exaggerated. Maybe the 40A is a pulse discharge figure, but even if it is, that's a completely useless number. How long was the pulse? How much rest time between firings? How warm were the batteries allowed to get during the series of pulses? Right. We don't know. Even the best manufacturers don't reveal this information. Be careful before you put these in your mech mod. Always know your Ohm's law calculations for your device and build and also know exactly what your battery can handle.

  15. Long winded review by omie1950 on 2/17/2016

These batteries surprised me. I charged them up, put them in my Koopor Plus Mod and vaped all day. I checked the charge at about 10 pm (started vaping at 5 am) and still had about half power left in the batteries. My Efest 2900 mAh batteries usually give up around 9:30 pm. You get a lot of bang for your buck with these batteries.
