Great design, not good quality

Now, to preface my review, I have only dropped my Vagon once, and that was from 2.5 feet onto a harder carpet/rug surface. I've dropped iphones from higher up with no damage.
-The aesthetics are awesome, love the clip even if it's oriented in a manner to which would leave the wick dry if you don't have your pod filled to the brim with juice.
-Charges quickly, has pass-through charging so you can vape while it's charging (not recommended though especially if its hot where you are charging it)
-LED charging indicator is clear, and again, looks nice.
-Build quality. My first Vagon, which I never dropped, had contact problems with the pod so it would misfire and we (me and the vape shop guy) determined that the pods are not sitting correctly, but never investigated why, which i found out with the second unit. I got a second unit, and dropped it once from less than 3 feet onto a RUG, and the same issue began happening again. I took a closer look into it, and notices that the seams along the sides of the device were coming apart, and not holding the pod in. It is definitely not a problem with the dropping of it, it is happening from constant removal and replacement of the pods. I have had to tape mine tightly to get pods to sit, which makes adding liquid kind of annoying.
-Pods are definitely hit or miss. A good amount of the genuine replacement pods I have used tend to have some weird plastic like taste with fruity juices, and others just taste burnt.
-Customer support. I emailed Suorin USA, and was basically told "sorry, we are only a distributor for Suorin, contact them"
Ok. So let me get this straight. You want me to contact a vape company in China, and expect them to care about my issue? No, they will not care. No, they will ignore it, release their next model, and move on. Its vape brand 101. There is no customer support from manufacturers in this industry. Only the actual sellers, (in this case the local vape shop) took care of me with a replacement of the first unit. I'm sure direct vapor would have helped me out too, as their customer service is excellent.
Overall, avoid Suorin pod devices. The air also had loose pod issues, and I'm sure the drop as well.
