I've been using the Nautilus 2 since it came out because I couldn't find another MTL tank that I liked better. Now I have. This tank holds a ton of juice and it has a lot of flavor. I've only used it for a day but I'm not having any leaking issues.
The best choice for MTL vapers and flavors are very amazing. Thank you guys.
This a review of my 2nd Zenith. The first one was a champ. Carried it everywhere in my pocket. No leaks, no worries. I can't count the number of times I fumbled it and dropped it - but it kept on going for over a year. Finally, one drop too many and I started to get some leakage around the filling port. Since that one was so great, I decided to replace with another.
The 2nd Zenith has been disappointing. Has had no more abuse than being carried in my pocket and yet was leaking from day one. Gurgling and reflux as well. Coil life half of my previous Zenith. It just seems to either be faulty or quality control has slipped a bit. If I was rating on just the second tank, it would get a 1 star. My first was a solid 5 star.
As other reviewers have noted, this is a great MTL tank. Perfect for moving from cigs to vaping. Great flavor, great hits. Love the easy filling and easy coil change. I am not some vaping pro and all I wanted was a tank that gave me great flavor and does not leak all over the place. I really like this tank (have had Nautilus Mini and Smok sub ohm) and have recommended it to many people. I am really hoping that I got a dud and it is not an indication of build quality slipping.
I have been vaping for years, and have piles of tanks that I don't like. I used 1.0 ohm Atlantis coils until they were discontinued, and then made do with .5 ohm coils in various tanks for years. I tried Innokin isub 2.0 ohm coils, but they were not satisifying. Kanger had coils in appropiate ohms for a couple of their tanks, but they were leaky disasters, with short-lived coils, and messy filling and coil changes.
The Zenith is durable, mess free, good drip tip, easy filling and coil changes, runs pretty cool, can mimic the draw of a loosely packed cigarette, has delicious flavor, and takes the best coil I have ever used, the .8 ohm. I leave the airflow wide open.
Too bad it is a little large for the best mod ever made, the Disrupter, but it looks splendid on a Uwell Nunchaku. They both have a beautiful and durable finish, much like a fine firearm.
I saw reviews where it gets knocked for not having removable glass, but it is the first tank that I have not broken the glass, since it is so well protected! I have a cupboard full of replacement glass and coils for my piles of leaky and unsatisfactory tanks.
I almost went back to smoking when I was stuck with an exceedingly messy habit and .5 ohm coils that required high wattage, and fouled all the windows. Now it is a tidy and convenient habit with delicious flavor. The coil and juice consumption is also economical. Respectable clouds can be created, but I take lots of little puffs, much like a pipe.
The Zenith tank may be the best choice available for a novice that wants to move up to a real tank, but it is also the best choice available for wily old MTL vapers. If you want to get off the cigarettes, this is your best bet. Don't handicap yourself with funky junk designed for youngsters. Get a precision tool designed by experts for adults.
I bought this tank for my Eleaf Istick 30W, which is my first mod at first it leaked alottttt, which made me think well this sucks I bought this and it sucks. But my friend and I figured out the problem you have to break it down and make sure to prime the coil before you add juice and start to vape. Take it apart, pleaseee or you will get juice everywhere and maybe screw up your work shirt like I did, but once you prime it everything is good, great flavor and clouds i've had it for a few weeks and still haven't had to replace to coil. But please take my advice on priming the coil, learn from my mistake.
My search for an MTL tank that delivers great flavor (which is THE basic requirement for MTL) has been very frustrating. Many are total blanks in the flavor department. But this tank truly delivers!
This is hands-down my favorite Mtl tank! I love the look and give a good throat hit! I love the top fill so I don’t need to worry about having napkins and replacing the atomizer is also mess less and the easiest I’ve ever seen!
5 stars from a 2+ pack a day ex-smoker!!!!!!!
There’re not many reviews of MTL tanks from vapors who are actually MTL capers. Most of the industry and the pro reviewers are sub-ohmers who review MTL products because they are forced to, not because they actually use them on a daily basis. The Zenith MTL 4.0 ml tank gets 5 no-brainer stars from me! I previously rated the Nautilus 2 with 5 stars, but it now gets 3+, because there is now a superior MTL tank. The Zenith 4.0 ml. Been using the Zenith daily for about a month. I’m a mouth to lung (MTL) vapor enthusiast, a former smoker who just couldn’t adjust to any sub ohm direct lung tank to blow huge clouds. I got 3 sub ohm tanks. Will never use them again. I just don’t enjoy sub ohm tanks. Smoked too long. I use my vape like a cigarette or even a cigar. I was using a Nautilus 2 (also purchased from this website—which is an awesome trusted merchant by the way) for over a year and loved it. My Nautilus 2 replace a couple of original Nautilus and Nautilus minis. I love my Nautilus 2, and used it daily (both 1.6 and 1.8 ohm coils) for over a year. The Nautilus 2 has the best draw, air control, throat hit, etc. of any MTL tank. No disputing that. Beats the Zenith hands down. But I haven’t used my Nautilus 2 since I got the Zenith. Why? The Nautilus 2 is a pain in the arse to fill (you need napkins or tissues), because you have to disassemble the tank and leak e-juice all over yourself to refill it. Also, the Nautilus 2 is 2 ml—you have to refill it multiple times per day and make a mess all over yourself multiple times per day. Also, as I’ve pleasantly discovered, the Zenith 1.4 or 1.6 coils last me about a week. The Zenith MTL high ohm coils last 3 weeks with daily (constant) vaping without loss of taste. I changed the Zenith high ohm coils after 3 weeks, not because I needed to, just because I thought I probably should. I had to change my 1.8 or 1.6 Nautilus coils weekly due to taste. The Nautilus coils go from ok to burnt very quickly.
So here’s where the Zenith really excels. It is easy peazy to fill. You fill it from the top, and don’t even need to disconnect it from the box (currently using an Smok Monarch running at 11.2 watts, and before that a Smok Alien (also purchased here—for 2 years). The Zenith has better taste and vape production over the Nautilus 2. The only thing the Nautilus 2nwins hands down is air control. If you close the Nautilus, it’s off. No air and vape is coming through. With the Zenith, you can close it all the way, and it still will vape. Fully closed it vapes sort of like the Nautilus with the smallest hole exposed. I close the Zenith all the way, and open it to half a hole, and it still sucks more air than the Nautilus 2 with 2 holes exposed. The Zenith can’t compete with the Nautilus throat hit. But ease of filling ( I can safely do it while driving), better flavor, no mess, bigger tank volume, better vapor production and double the coil life make the Innokin Zenith 4.0 ml tank a no-brainer for dedicated MTL vapors. Could they improve it? Yes. They could provide for better air control. When the Zenith is completely closed, it still vapes easier than the Nautilus with one hole exposed. Faulty seal? Don’t know. Don’t care. My Nautilus 2 is in it;s box in a drawer where it has been since I bought the Innokin Zenith 4.0 ml MTL tank. 5 major stars. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
First of all, was sent the wrong tank. I am very sure that in 35+ years of I-ordering (100s if not a 1,000+) this is the first time I was sent the wrong product. A few that shorted me when a large quantity was ordered, but never a completely wrong product!
Outstanding tank, have tried 6 or 7 others that were used regularly. Burning my eleaf Duel 18650s fast, fast....blowing through way to much vape juice and most with low end flavor. One of them was outstanding @ 120 watts but with all my previous whining you know that's not goin' to work.
I forget the exact numbers on these coils but I believe the .8 ohm coil runs 14 to 18 watts with great great flavor. Ran it 18 with some of the VGMax I had and that was not grea, but 20-30% VG works very well, and all this crap that it dosen't work well on straight lung hits is BS. Although a former smoker for 45 years, was not happy from day 1 with this MTL thing. 14 watts with 30% VG and NOT putting your lips tight on the tip....leave a little gap and you get all the smoke and air you could ever want.
its the reelio deelio you feel me. for real.
Overall one of the best tanks I have ever used. Works great without leaking issues. Coil is super easy to change. Top filled is a priority these days, makes it so easy to refill. This is the tank I quit smoking on, quit for a whole weekend without even realizing it. As much as I liked smoking, that is quite the miracle. I use the smaller coil as a DTL device.
This product for me is perfect for its designed purpose. Not interested in giant clouds, just something similar to smoking. Flavor is great, doesn't get too hot. Easy to fill tank, doesn't leak. Seems to be built like a tank. Everything I was looking for. Direct vapor services outstanding. Happy customer here.
I have been vaping for a year or so using pens and kanger clone subs and was wondering what was so great about it.
I nearly gave up vaping all together.
Then I ordered this zenith tank and a good mod and Wow!
The flavor hit me like a bus full of goodness, I think I can put the cigaretts away with this one.
I've been vaping for five years and this is the best tank I've ever used. Have used a ton of other tanks through the years. I'm all about the flavor and like a tighter draw- MTL. This tank really delivers. I use .8 coils, variable watt mod. 15-18 watts or what tastes best.
PROS: easy to use, top fill, durable -do to stainless steel sides (broke two tanks in one week prior to this purchase argh...),holds a good amount of juice, easy NO mess coil change, NO spitting, NO burned lips (stays cool), NEVER leaks, looks great, doesn't eat through all my juice, small mouth piece (cig. size), did I mention AWESOME flavor.
CONS: bit hard to clean ( but that is what q-tips are for), coils are not for sale on many sites, but Direct V. has best price and fast delivery.
Good for those new to vaping (my choice for a noob) and veterans alike. Not a huge fog machine, but still delivers if you really want to haze out the room.
If you're looking for a mouth to lung tank with great flavor, this is it. I cannot say enough good things about this tank. As a MTL vaper I look for flavor, convenience, reliability and stealth. I would give this 5 stars on all accounts. By stealth I mean this tank is quiet. I can vape at my desk without getting dirty looks from my coworkers for sounding like Darth Vader all day. No dry hits whatsoever and I am a chain vaper. There's no reason why anyone would regret buying this tank. Unless they hate being happy.
Flavor with the .8 ohm coils is amazing, haven't had any dry hits, haven't had any gurgling even when refilling. Airflow is perfect for mtl, whether you want a super tight draw or a slightly airy draw it's great. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because you need to be careful when changing coils, if you don't watch what you're doing when you unscrew the bottom you'll open the fill port and dump your juice. Not problem if you pay attention, but worth mentioning.
Great tank, great flavor. It offers some great flavor, and is one of the most interesting tanks I've used. The design is great for airflow, the vapor is very big! Love that it was made for handling nic salt juices, it works very well. Glad I invested in it.
