As the popularity of vaping and e-cigarettes has exploded over recent years, many new people have joined the vaping community. No matter how much experience a vaper may or may not have, learning about how vaping works will benefit their overall vaping experience.
First and foremost, every vape device is powered by a battery. Most vaporizers use lithium-ion batteries because they are rechargeable and therefore offer great value and convenience. The battery provides electrical energy to the atomizer portion of the device. Inside the atomizer, you will find one or more heating coils. When the device is turned on, the electrical power enables these coils to begin generating heat. Near the end of the vaporizer device is the tank, which can also be called a cartridge if it is of the disposable variety. This tank is where the e-liquid is contained, which is what will eventually become the smokable vapor. Other names for e-liquids include e-juice and vape juice, and there are a wide variety of flavors to choose from.
In many newer models of vape devices, the tank is incorporated into the atomizer, in which case the two combined parts is referred to as a cartomizer. If a cartomizer is made from a clear material, allowing you to see the level of e-liquid inside, then it is called a clearomizer. Whatever form of tank your device has, it allows the heating coils to come in contact with the e-juice. When heated to the right temperature, the e-juice turns into vapor. You place your mouth on the mouthpiece to draw in the flavored vapor.
One of the most exciting things on the horizon for vaping in 2021 is the continued growth of the public’s understanding about its benefits over tobacco cigarettes. This shift in attitude is a welcome change for anyone that enjoys vaping.
Regarding innovations in vaping devices, you can expect to see larger-capacity tanks, which will be a huge plus for convenience. Plus, increasingly effective atomizers, as well as mod designs that are more durable, are expected this year. Kits are forecasted to be more flexible, allowing for increased compatibility.
E-juice will also see some exciting growth, including an expansion of new fun flavors for you to try. Many vapers are excited about the promise of juices with higher levels of VG, which will enable them to take their vapor production to the next level.
Our list of favorite MODs for 2021 has so many exciting products that it is tough to narrow it down to just a few. However, here are the top MODs you should keep an eye out for this year.
For vapers who prefer sub ohm, there is plenty to choose from this year as well. Our top choice is the SMOK TFV8 Cloud Beast Tank, with a range of features beyond your wildest dreams. With precision control options and three equally amazing compatible tanks to choose from, this MOD is a must-try.
A beginner vaper is anyone who is relatively new to vaping, perhaps someone who has recently made the switch to find a better alternative to a tobacco cigarette habit. Luckily, the vaping community is very welcome to new vapers, and always more than happy to help you find your way.
The intermediate vaper probably has some considerable vape time under their belt, and has learned a lot about what they do and do not like for their vaping experience. If you are an intermediate vaper, you probably have your collection of favorite vape items, ranging from your trusty device to your favorite e-juices
The advanced vaper has learned just about everything there is to know about vaping and makes it a priority to keep learning as new ideas come out in the industry. If you are an advanced vaper, you might do a lot of customization and DIY with your device, such as building your coils. You might have made the switch to a sub ohm device, depending on your preferences.
