A seasoned CBD consumer may enjoy between 10 and 30 mg of CBD each day. For individuals who use CBD for overall comfort, that amount can be as high as 200 to 1,000 mg daily! So, you can see just how widely the “perfect” CBD amount can vary.
Side Effects of Vaping CBD
Many people wonder if there are negative consequences to vaping CBD. Scientifically speaking, CBD research is still in its very, very early years. So, we still have a lot to learn about CBD!
Studies show us that, for a small percentage of people, CBD use could come with a few minor adverse results, such as:
